Pine Haven Care Center is a licensed health care facility dedicated to providing excellent quality of care and quality of life for our residents.  We provide long-term care and short-term rehabilitaion.

Pine Haven Care Center is a skilled nursing facility, with semi-private rooms, located approximately 15 miles from Rochester.  It is an important part of the community, with volunteers from churches, service groups, school and individuals providing many activities for our residents.

We have open visiting hours and our residents enjoy visits from family and friends.  Babies and pets are welcome visitors.

Guest pastors and volunteers conduct ecumenical services and Bible study.
