Health Care Team

    Pine Haven is dedicated to providing comprehensive nursing care and services that address the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of our residents. In order to achieve these goals, our health care team works cooperatively to plan, deliver and evaluate the care received by each resident.

Nursing Services

    Registered and Licenses Practical Nurses and State Tested Nurse Assistants deliver the residents' care needs. Registered nurses specializing in the care of the elderly direct care. Staff is available twenty-four hours a day for consultation with the residents, families and staff.

Medical Services

    A personal physician of choice provides medical care. The attending physician directs medical care within the standards set by the Executive Medical Board and the Medical Director of Pine Haven. Emergency medical care is available on a twenty-four hour basis.
